Based in Kuala Lumpur, Norhaliza Ibrahim is a seasoned HR leader and Executive Coach with over 36 years of global experience. Holding a BBA (Finance), MBA, and MSc in Psychology, she brings deep expertise in leadership coaching, human capital development, and organizational transformation.
Her distinguished career includes 34 years with PETRONAS, where she led enterprise-wide HR initiatives and global operations, and served as Executive Coach at Maybank London. Accredited in Solution-Focused, Ontological, Health, and Positive Intelligence Coaching, she is known for creating safe, reflective spaces that help leaders overcome limiting beliefs, strengthen identity, and deliver results with clarity and confidence.
Norhaliza partners with leaders across energy, healthcare, and financial services sectors, designing transformative learning journeys that unlock human potential and drive sustainable success.
Principal Coach & Trainer
With nearly 30 years of leadership experience across technical, business, and HR roles at PETRONAS, Ahmad Laila (AL) brings a unique blend of industry depth, strategic HR expertise, and executive coaching capability. His career spans geoscience, business planning, and senior HR leadership, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective in bridging people, strategy, and execution.
As an executive coach, AL partners with leaders to strengthen self-leadership, elevate executive presence, and build resilient, coaching-oriented teams. He has led major HR transformations, talent frameworks, and post-merger integrations, and today supports organizations such as Urusharta Jamaah and Ekuinas in driving business transformation and leadership development.
